The J-1 Student Visa would offer lifelong opportunities to a trainee seeking hands-on, on-the-job training in the United States.

Host Interns who are selected to do hospitality jobs Abroad under Student visas are allowed to work 35-40 hours a week. Interns and Trainees who want to be trained in hospitality or restaurant management positions should either have a hotel or restaurant management degree (interns) or experience working in the industry (trainees) to rotate in different departments. Education or work experience only in tourism management does not qualify interns or trainees to enter programs in hospitality management, since these fields are not interchangeable.

Or applicants applying to international internships may apply provided that they completed either an undergraduate degree in hotel management or a diploma in hotel management at a university, without work experience, or have between six and twelve months of work experience. Hotel management jobs Abroad provide international students with world-class learning opportunities and offer a wide range of opportunities to Host interns. You can expect to receive handsome scholarships via International Internship Programs for settlement in the US, pursuing work-based training in leading hotels in the range of 3–7 stars.

We are recruiting work and travel students and also Host intern candidates to be placed in housekeeping, restaurants, and spas. After 12 months of employment, and depending on immigration requirements, we support and encourage our employees to build experience working at a variety of locations. In addition to sponsoring these programs, Jojo International provides our participants with comprehensive recruiting and placement opportunities through our vast network of International companies.

Jojo International Pvt Ltd India is designated by the State Department to offer visa sponsorship for foreign interns that qualify under our Program requirements. Each Host intern is provided with the necessary training and supports to perform comparable work as a Four Seasons staff member. Each hotel or resort allows the intern to specialize in one unit or department for a set amount of time, with regular crossover to other departments.

Keep in mind, that a training program cannot involve unskilled labor, nor can it involve more than 20% clerical work. Hospitality interns and trainees cannot return to properties where they previously worked under a work-and-travel or other employment-based visa. It is also best to look for jobs by types, such as full-time, part-time, summer interns-trainees, home-based, or freelance. We realize our interns will look for work that is fun and meaningful and do our best to provide them with additional duties and projects to make sure that the time they have spent with us is fulfilling.

In addition to the operational experience and training, We will gain invaluable leadership experience, project work, a partner and mentor, as well as peer-to-peer feedback during the program. My Mandarin skills were improved by the 3-months-long learning curve, which I admit was critical for my success. I was appointed as team leader and along with the other trainees who came from the Jojo and other agencies, we were not proficient in Mandarin, yet we managed with minimal help from a few native Mandarin-speaking colleagues. One big project that I managed, which kept my motivation up, was when I was assigned with collecting Consumer Perception Indexes for a jewelry brand that was looking to expand its market share.
